Hohyun (Patrick) is the head chef and owner of 888 Korean BBQ. With a passion for culinary arts since childhood, Patrick ventured from Korea to Europe to study abroad. There, he honed his skills and expertise in Asian cuisine, learning fine details and execution techniques from legendary European chefs.
Patrick brought his knowledge and exceptional talents to Las Vegas, where he operates 888 and another highly successful Asian BBQ restaurant near the Las Vegas Strip.
